I’m home grown from the stl metro area and love the area and all it has to offer. I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 2019 and I’ve always known I’d be in a creative career. Cancellation Policy

Most of my scheduling is done online through Gloss Genius. As a one-woman show, online booking works as my virtual employee so that I can spend my in-person time focused on my clients in the chair. To schedule your first appointment with me, a (non-refundable*) 30% deposit is required. This goes towards the total cost of your service and the final balance will be due at the end of your appointment. • I keep the studio reserved exclusively for you during your appointment. I understand that life happens, and I try to be as accommodating as possible, but when untimely cancellations or reschedules happen multiple people are affected. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please communicate with me and I can tell you if we need to reschedule or I can fit you in. If you cancel any wax or lash appts during the 2 days (48 hours) before the day of your appointment, you are responsible for the deposit or 30% of the appt total. (*emergency policy at bottom) PMU appts will need to give notice 4 days (96 hours) ahead • NO CALLS/ NO SHOWS will be charged the remainder of your appointment TOTAL and after 2 no shows you will not be able to make any future appts A no show is no contact before the START of your appt. This balance will be paid by the card on file with Gloss. Your deposit is only transferable on changes outside of the penalty period. • If your payment method fails, you will be contacted and sent an invoice. Failure to pay this invoice within 24 hours will restrict your ability to book new appointments. *I understand emergencies happen, please communicate with me as soon as you can. Occasionally things will happen in my life and I will need to move your appointment. I will give you as much notice as possible and reschedule you as soon as I am able to. In cases such as these, appointments will be moved in the order they were originally booked with their deposit.
